Our 2nd event in our Builder’s Opportunity Breakfast (BOB) series is on August 28th and it’s dedicated to learning how to become a vendor/supplier/subcontractor in the local area healthcare space. Hence if you would like to acquire information that could help you contract with Kettering Health, Premier Health, Dayton Children’s, Caresource or the V.A. this is the event you want to attend.

In addition to that you’ll be able to meet resource partners at our resource fair aptly titled “Are You Ready?” and come in contact with City of Dayotn PEP & MBE/EDGE certifying agencies, Minority Business Assistance Center (MBAC), Ohio Minority Supplier Development Agency (OMSDC), Ohio River Valley Women’s Business Council, Keybank and several others who’ll be there to help you build the capacity of your firm.

Note that this is NOT an event that is exclusively for construction but it’s an event for ALL suppliers including construction. So if you’re a caterer, painter, t-shirt printer, roofer, paper-shredder, landscaper, florist, or offer some other solution that’s applicable to the healthcare industry you should sign up for this event. The logistics are below and we are looking forward to seeing you there!!!

About Greater Dayton MBAC

The City of Dayton Human Relations Council is host to the Greater Dayton Minority Business Assistance Center (MBAC). A component of the State of Ohio Development Services Agency, MBAC provides management and technical assistance, procurement information, bonding assistance, cost estimating services and organizational assessments. For businesses engaged in the construction sector, the Center also provides Construction & Plan Room assistance. MBAC offers free assistance to minority, woman and small businesses in Montgomery, Green, Clark, Dark, Preble, and Miami counties of Ohio.
