PLACE: Windsor School, 937 Windsor Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45206

TIME: 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

The Windsor School construction project, located at 937 Windsor Street in Walnut Hills, has two components: (1) on the northern portion of the property, the rehabilitation of two historic public school buildings (approx. 60,000 SF) into a total of 41 market-rate apartment units and (2) on the southern portion of the property, the construction of a new 50-unit market-rate apartment building (approx. 40,000 SF).

Construction is expected to begin in October or November 2015 and continue through August or September 2016.

Contractors capable of providing any of the following goods or services during this time in connection with a commercial construction project of this scale are urged to contact Joe Martinez of CRG Residential (jmartinez) as soon as possible. This package includes:

  • Site contractor: site demo; interior demo; masonry; restoration; concrete; block material; steel; roofing; framing material; framing labor; trim carpentry; siders; plumbers; HVAC; electricians; fire suppression; insulation; window – rehab, new, storm; drywall; painters; hardwood; flooring – refinishing; granite countertops; cabinets; asphalt; fencing; landscaping; pest control; doors/hardware; trim material; appliances; mailboxes; bath accessories; closet shelving;

Prime, MBE, WBE & SBE sub-contractors and suppliers interested in bidding on the Windsor School Redevelopment project are invited to attend our Prime Contractor & Sub-Contractor Partnering Meeting. This session is part of an on-going effort to obtain maximum MWSBE participation and to encourage partnering between prime and sub-contractors.

Meeting Goals: Review bid package; overview of project inclusion requirements and bid process; networking for prime and sub-contractors; questions and answers about the project.

The City of Dayton Human Relations Council is host to the Greater Dayton Minority Business Assistance Center (MBAC). A component of the State of Ohio Development Services Agency, MBAC provides management and technical assistance, procurement information, bonding assistance, cost estimating services and organizational assessments. For businesses engaged in the construction sector, the Center also provides Construction & Plan Room assistance.
