Sam’s Club and SCORE are partnering on an exciting opportunity for small businesses:
The American Small Business Championship.

This initiative rewards 102 small businesses around the country for the sacrifices they have made to make their businesses successful.

This opportunity is open to small businesses throughout the U.S. and will recognize two champion businesses from each state and the District of Columbia.

One Grand Champion will win $25,000! Other champions win a $1,000 Sam’s Club gift card, all-expense paid attendance at one of 5 regional business training events, SCORE mentoring for one year, and significant national publicity.

To become a champion, visit http://www.score.org/championship and answer the question:

“What dream would you be able to achieve if you were to win this Championship?”

You can submit an entry through either:

A 30-60 second video
or
A photo with a written statement of 1,500 characters or less

Lastly, you need at least 100 votes for entry!

The deadline for entries is February 12, 2016.

The City of Dayton Human Relations Council is host to the Greater Dayton Minority Business Assistance Center (MBAC). A component of the State of Ohio Development Services Agency, MBAC provides management and technical assistance, procurement information, bonding assistance, cost estimating services and organizational assessments. For businesses engaged in the construction sector, the Center also provides Construction & Plan Room assistance.
